Knowing vs Experiencing
We have often talked and written about how the incoming energies are raising the frequency of our being, the planet and our Soul Group upward. At the same time, these energies are causing our emotional baggage to be released at an accelerated rate.
Now, it’s one thing to know about something and quite another to experience it.
Normal Emotional Flow
Outside of traumatic occurrences, our emotions are normally processed or released at a reasonable pace. By reasonable, we mean that our flow of outflowing emotional energy is such that whether we are experiencing joy, happiness, sadness, melancholy, anger, etc., the emotions we feel may be strong, perhaps even intense, but they are not usually overwhelming.
Proportion
Additionally, what we feel is in proportion to the experience to which it is attached. For example, we would not feel the same level of sorrowful emotions over the loss of a wrist watch as we would the loss of a long-time family pet.
Our level of attachment to our timepiece is not usually the same as it is to our beloved dog, Rover.
But these are not normal times.
Simultaneous Events
As our being’s frequency is rising upward, a number of internal energetic events are also happening to us at the same time. These events are necessary and wonderful, but there can be side effects linked to them when things happen at an accelerated pace, as they have been for quite a while.
As the events of our life naturally unfold, energetically, we are always doing three things simultaneously:
- Our being is making new, often higher (frequency) energetic connections associated with our growth and learning. Old, outdated energetic connections are being released at the same time.
- New energetic grounding points are being created that are linked to that new growth, while previous grounding points are being released that are no longer needed.
- All of the energetic bodies and extended energy systems of our body are in some state of constant reintegration and rebalancing.
Happening in Our Energetic Background
Whew!! Our computer does a similar thing in background with RAM memory organization or when our hard drive is defragmented for file efficiency, as part of the PC’s internal housekeeping and management.
We don’t even know that it is happening as we browse the web or write our term paper on the computer. But it is occurring!
Importantly, within us, our sense of mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing and security are directly tied to our being’s energetic connections and grounding points.
All of our energetic bodies, including the Mental, Emotional, Causal, Etheric, et. al., utilize the energetic connections and grounding points in a similar fashion as the computer uses stored memory (RAM) addresses and hard disk drive locations to find the needed data or stored file information.
Connections, Grounding and Wellbeing
In the accelerated process of our detaching/rewiring all of these energetic connections and grounding points, our sense of security, and emotional and mental wellbeing can be shaken for no discernable reason.
As our being looks for the old, familiar energetic connections or grounding points, they are now either missing or there is something new located there.
Emotionally and energetically, we can sense that these connections aren’t the same as they were before. Therefore, our being’s feeling, thinking and sensing processes can tell something has changed.
We can find ourself feeling a sense of loss, detachment, mental jumble or clutter without there being an event or situation in our life that would explain why this is happening.
Which brings us back to our earlier statement. It is one thing to know something is happening (or going to happen) and quite another to experience it.
Just like it can be exciting and thrilling to get a new job, the first day or week at work can be quite daunting. The new job is unfamiliar and scary, and we are adjusting to a new supervisor. We may wonder, why did we leave our old job, again?
Unexplained Emotional Intensity
With all of this said, as the incoming energies raise our being’s frequency upward, the constant realignment of energetic connections and grounding points within our being (and energetic bodies) can make normal emotions, mental processes and spiritual energetic unfoldment extremely intense.
They may be out of proportion for the identifiable “stuff” happening in a particular area of our life!
We may experience…
- Overwhelming general emotional intensity for no reason at all, possibly over something inconsequential. Occasionally, this is followed by the opposite emotion at some later point, when our moods had always been stable in the past.
- Profound sadness and sorrow to the point of despair – frequently about some relatively unimportant topic/thing, or regarding an area of our life that we had been well aware of for years.
- Excessive anger over a trivial event or nothing at all. Out of the blue we feel anger, possibly rage.
- Confusion and mental fog about a clearly defined area of our life. Suddenly, we are not sure if we should take that vacation to Hawaii after having dreamed of going there for years.
- Fixation on a topic or placing an excessive importance on something that can wait. What am I going to do with my key collection? Or, the house must be forensically clean before we can make dinner, when this was never a big deal in the past.
- Anything else that is atypical of our previous state of being.
Processing Through Our Energetic Field
Again, letting go can become intense during these energetically accelerated times. Our emotional baggage, discordant attachment, old beliefs, etc., are often released through our being’s energetic field more rapidly in order to keep pace with the incoming energies.
Hot Air Balloon and Ballast
Why? Our emotional baggage is like ballast on a hot air balloon. It must be released so that the balloon can rise higher. We must release our old “stuff” so that we can go higher.

What can we to make things flow more smoothly?
