Shays Holistics provides practical and usable insights and information about the spiritual life path we all live here on planet earth. We share these insights and information through articles, videos and podcasts as well as spiritual seminars.
We are here to help you find and connect with your spiritual nature and Divine essence so that you may be directly guided in your own spiritual life — to find what is true for you and your relationship to the Divine. We use the word Divine to describe any aspect of what people call God, whether that be The Father, The Mother, Yahweh, Buddha, Allah, Brahman and so on.

Our Story
David (Jeff) Scheschy has led a varied, eclectic life, which included a 22 year Navy career. Since the age of seven, when he had his first spiritual experience, his life has been one in silent pursuit of knowledge and insights about the divine Oneness we all share with God. Numerous unusual and supernatural occurrences have happened to him over the years, which are chronicled in his book Life Training and Communications of The Father. He holds a Doctorate in Applied Spiritual Studies and a Masters in Transformational Studies from the Institute for Transformational Studies.
Debra Scheschy has been a deeply intuitive being since childhood, with a strong spiritual heart centered in the Divine. Her life pursuits, many and diverse, consisted of a vibrant Navy career, a talented civilian training facilitator and an accomplished technical writer, all interweaved into her sacred path. Her current spiritual focus includes helping others achieve physical, spiritual and emotional healing using Sound Healing and Reiki. She enjoys growing organic fruits, vegetables and herbs through the nurturing guidance from Mother Earth. She is a Sound Healer and Reiki Master.
David and Debra Scheschy live in the northwest corner of Montana in an area blessed with magnificent spiritual energies and adorned with beautiful forests, mountains and lakes. They enjoy following their path and sharing their lives with others by spreading their spiritual knowledge through this website, facilitating life-changing three-day meditation seminars, and showing others how to find and connect with their special gifts as each seeks and follows the unique spiritual path set forth by the Divine before this life began.

We are affiliated with The Alohem Center for Transformational Studies (ACTS), a spiritually focused non-profit organization. For additional information, they may be found at www.alohem.org.
The Alohem’s purpose is to provide resources for personal growth and transformation and lead an example that models respectful community.
As certified spiritual Facilitators, we offer meditation seminars that originated from the Alohem organization. Outside of the normal tuition fees charged for the course offerings, we receive no compensation from the Alohem, or any of its members, for any promotional benefit they may receive from our discussion of their organization and course offerings.
