(Introduction Portion of Meditation)
Mother Earth is the Essence of Gaia in the physical universe.
Origin of Gaia
According to Wikipedia, in Greek mythology Gaia is the personification of the Earth and one of their primordial deities.
The Roman’s called her Terra, which is the origin of our word terrestrial.
Mother Earth, as the embodiment of Gaia, is a living planet in the conscious universe that supports our very existence.
Earth is a Mutually Entwined Consciousness
The consciousness of Gaia is the individualized aspect of our planet’s own consciousness, yet Gaia and the planet’s own consciousness coexist together in the same way that our body’s consciousness, which maintains our heartbeat, blood pressure, temperature, cell repair, and so on, are separate, yet intertwined with our own individualized identity as a person.
Mother Earth is the home where we live and grow through our many lives, evolving upward, as our frequency rises higher and higher, ascending toward the state of our High Self and crystalline Christ being.
Mother Earth Evolves
Just as we grow over the eons, Mother Earth, too, ascends upward, rising toward the exalted state of the Essence of Gaia, so that the Earth may energetically reflect Her true crystalline nature.
Even the many diverse varieties of nature spirits grow and evolve in a similar process in perfect accord with this planet’s evolution.
We Live in Symbiosis with Mother Earth
It is also true that we live in an unspoken symbiotic relationship, where everything we do affects Gaia and Mother Earth just as Mother Earth’s energies nurture our growth.
For a harmonious coexistence to flourish between humans and Mother Earth, it is important that we grow together in shared purpose toward each of our higher natures.
However, when disharmony occurs, discordant events can happen in and on the earth, as well as, among our human selves and between societies.
Our Relationship Affects Unfoldment
It’s important to know that our relationship with Mother Earth affects the unfoldment of events. Our awareness of this can help us understand why things sometimes happen the way they do and inspire us to maintain a better balance with all forms of life, including Earth.
Maintain Balance and Harmony
As each of us seeks to follow our highest spiritual path, we can keep our earthly energies in equilibrium and harmony with those of Mother Earth by remaining spiritually centered in the Divine while being mindful that we live in communion with the energies of Mother Earth, the Essence of Gaia.
Everything we do will have an impact, one way or another.
