Incoming Energies Like a Paradigm
Continuing on with the theme from an earlier post How do the Inpouring Energies Personally Affect Us?, I would like to take a moment to think of these incoming energies as causing us to have a paradigm shift.
What is a Paradigm?
Dictionary.com defines the meaning of the word paradigm as “A framework containing the basic assumptions, ways of thinking, and methodology that are commonly accepted by members of a scientific community.”
Basically, a paradigm for most of us is the manner in which we think about what something is and how that “something” should be done, or achieved.
House Framing and Skyscrapers
Carpenters who frame houses using wood, nails, plywood, etc., have a certain way of thinking about and doing their trade. This is completely different from how those who build skyscrapers using steel I-beams, rivets and metal fabrication techniques to accomplish their work.
When we either choose to shift, or are caused to change, from one mode of thinking about and doing things to another, it is called a paradigm shift. Although this shift can sometimes appear to be quite straightforward from an outer view point, it often has unforeseen effects on everyone.
After a Shift, Everyone Starts at the Same Level
There is a saying for those who work in organizational process improvement: When the paradigm shifts, everyone starts at zero.
Early Adopter Move Up Quickly
After the shift, no one is ahead of anyone else. Each person has the same starting place with no embedded advantage, except for those people who recognize the emerging pattern and quickly move to adopt it.
This is true in both organizational processes, where processes move completely from one way of doing things to another, as well as in our spiritual lives as the Universe and our higher guidance shifts us into a greater connection to our true spiritual nature.
New Paradigm, New Skills Required
Just as when the horse and buggy were replaced by the automobile, the demand for one set of buggy-making skills quickly vanished to be replaced with a high demand for a completely new set of capabilities.
Those who recognized the shift early-on and adjusted to the aptitudes and skills required in the new paradigm were quickly rewarded with stable employment and good pay.
Incoming Energies Foster Our Higher Spiritual Connections
The same thing is happening now as we shift upward in frequency with the energies of the incoming dimension.
These energies are also shifting us away from the patterns and paradigms of our lesser self and into the blueprint of our true spiritual nature, or High Self. (This coincides with our increasing connection to energies of the new dimension, new earth, 5th dimension, however we think about it.)
The energies are also steering us to move away from depending upon learned spiritual viewpoints, belief systems and society’s programming to be guided by the connection to our true spiritual nature through our being’s natural intuitive facilities.
See the Paradigm Shift, Seek Spiritual Insights
If we can see these changes as a paradigm shift to our higher nature rather than an undesired life adjustment, we can then seek out knowledge and spiritual insights that will guide us to more gracefully flow with this spiritual evolution happening in the world right now. We can choose to let go of our lesser human patterns in favor of the higher blueprints of our true spiritual nature, and High Self.
We can choose to embrace and adopt the new paradigm rather than starting at zero.
