(Introduction Portion of Meditation)
Introduction
This is a challenging but rewarding time. We are moving into the Golden Age of Enlightenment where we live in peace and harmony with Mother Earth and everything on the earth.
When we look around the world and see what is happening, we begin to realize that everything is in a state of transition.
The transitions that are happening are on many levels: i.e., Mother Earth cleansing itself, a new job, home or friends, leaving this physical plane, or a significant spiritual growth or awakening.
Because of these transitions we realize that things feel different. The connections that we once had are gone, and the new connections that are being established feel foreign or unsettling.
We may feel ungrounded, unsure of ourselves, or we may not know what the next step or phase is for us.
As the old patterns and energies wane, new energies and patterns are being established.
The energies that are flowing in from the Divine are a higher frequency crystalline energy, and as we allow ourselves to connect with these new energies our physical bodies are being changed, and we are being propelled into the next step of our spiritual growth (Enlightenment).
These energies are a catalyst that enables us to live from our Christ Self.
We can than realize that we are living our life as an enlightened spiritual being, having a physical experience.
There are a few things that we can do to make this transition process easier:- Acknowledge and then accept that we are in transition.
- Let go of the old (i.e., ways of being, beliefs, thoughts, people, etc.).
- Do not resist what is happening in our life. Allow the process to flow.
- Ask for help or guidance (i.e., Divine, guides, friends, family, etc.)
- Put our intentions out to the Universe of what we want. What are the possibilities for our life? If we aren’t sure, seek what is for our highest good and spiritual growth.
- Allow ourselves to receive the incoming higher frequency crystalline energies.
- Live from our Heart Center (Christ Self) and radiate Joy and Love.
- Be focused upon what is true for us rather than what others may say is true.
As we allow ourselves to receive the incoming higher frequency crystalline energies the transition process becomes easier.
We can then become more enlightened and realize significant spiritual growth in our life, and flow with its unfoldment.
