Raising Our Being’s Frequency
Raising our being’s frequency happens in a number of ways. As the higher-frequency energies flow upon the earth, our soul group and upon us individually, these energies cause our awareness to expand outward and upward through the energetic threads of our being.
As a result, this expanded awareness anchors us to the higher levels, or octaves, of our being. This allows us to increasingly connect to, and bring forth, energies from the higher etheric realm(s), including from the connection to our High Self.
As we increasingly operate from the higher levels of our being, our lesser beliefs and subconscious patterns, including our emotional baggage, fall away as we release them in favor of our higher connections.
That is, we increasingly use the higher power and higher frequency energies from our High Self and the upper etheric levels rather than the lesser energies of our Low Self, old subconscious belief systems, including the discordant energies that are contained in our emotional baggage.
Here’s an even shorter answer: The energy threads of our being are the conduit of the higher frequency energies that we anchor as our (energetic and spiritual) awareness levels increase or expand. The wiring is now carrying higher frequency and more powerful energies. Our Low Self energies become less and less a part of how we operate.
Because raising the frequency of our being happens in many different ways, there is no one way to talk about it other than to say in simple terms, that we are anchoring the energy threads of our being to the higher etheric realms, where our High Self and the angelic beings operate.
Q & A With the Group
Many people shared their thoughts and experiences with the group, which is a blessing to everyone. It’s surprising how when one person mentions something, that it can resonate with things happening in our own lives.
David answered several few questions from those present, which is always a benefit to everyone. Just as in class when we ask the question each person is thinking about, everyone present benefits from the discussion that ensues.
We are Guided to Focus on Connection
All the work Debra and I do is based upon energetic connection, whether that is a monthly meditation, a Sound Shower, energetic session… anything at all.
As each of us is led to connect with our Higher Guidance, such as the Alohem beings, the Ginn, angels, or other Light Beings, the energy threads of our being also plug-in to the energies of those beings, as well as our other Higher Guidance.
As this happens, we also connect with the spiritual gifts, knowledge, abilities, etc., associated with those energies.
And very importantly, since the focus is upon spiritual connection, as each of us is ready for more growth, our Higher Guidance will automatically extend our awareness and energetics connections outward and upward in all direction into Creation. We expand and grow both in our awareness and spiritual nature each time we do.
That is why we can listen to the same guided meditation and have new experiences and growth, as we are ready.

Keep in mind, that some answers received from you higher guidance are abbreviated in nature because we are talking in a shared setting.
We Receive Answers Energetically
However, while we are talking, energy from your guides, light beings and the Divine is channeled directly to you. Usually within a few days, you may suddenly receive insights and increased awareness, or inspirations about the topic you discussed or the question you asked.
This is a powerful way for your guides, angels, High Self and the Divine to get information to you in a manner that bypasses our conscious filters to help us release old patterns and grow spiritually.
Our Presentation will Vary
Sometimes we’ll have talks on a particular spiritual subject, which may only be a presentation. Other times we’ll do a Q&A session. Occasionally, we have both a talk followed by a Q&A period.
