December Shays’ Insights Zoom gathering was magical!
Our gathering consisted of Paula, Pat, Marci, Jessica, Tonya and Franny.
December and Christmas coincide with the birth of Light. In fact, December 21st is the solstice, where the days gradually become longer and the darkness or night is shorter.
As Paula shared, the new year brings with it the energies of blossoming! It feels like this incoming year, with its beautiful energies and colors, are a time and opportunity for us to move into new activities, new growth and new beginnings.
However, like all opportunities whether earthly or spiritual, we have to be open to seeking them and saying “yes” in the brief moment they reveal themselves into our lives.
Keeping all of this in mind, because everyone in our spiritual group is on the committed spiritual path, it is important to release old patterns, beliefs, and attachments of the past as we grow.
With that said, when the time is right, the Universe and our Higher Guidance will cause old emotional baggage from our past and past lives to be released. When this happens, it is often normal for us to feel that all of these unfortunate feelings and other “yucky stuff” that is happening is who we are now.
Nothing could be further from your true reality… These are the emotions, feelings and connections of the past. They are who we used to be. They from times past that no longer apply to us now.
To the best of our ability, we just need to bless them. Send them into the light. As we do, in time, the emotional baggage will be released allowing us to live more fully from our true nature, our spiritual being!
And then know, that over the span of our lifetimes, we have gathered new higher ways of doing things that preclude the need for that old emotional baggage.
In fact, that is why it is being released by us (by our being), even if that process is a bit bumpy.
With that thought, let us say goodbye for now.
